What is Spinning? Spinning allows people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of using a stationary bicycle to increase fitness. This exciting athletic program utilizes motivation, mental training and instructional techniques. Each 45 minute program is taught with music by a certified instructor. Where and When? Try our Spinning Program at the Navy Wellness Center, Building 3712 (Crosswinds )CID Corry. Call 850-452-6802 for the current class schedule. There is no fee, but the number of bikes are limited, so please pre-register. |
