| RETIREMENT PLAQUE PROGRAM: | Eligible employees receive a plaque upon
retirement. Supervisors need to contact the CWRA office for a retirement
plaque request form. An email providing employee's name, date plaque
required and number of years and months of service should be sent to kim.teal@navy.mil. Please allow at least 7 days for inscription of name and dates. |

| FOOD CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: | A $60 food certificate for the purchase of groceries is offered for eligible employees. Supervisors who suspect an individual may be eligible, should contact the CWRA office for a copy of the guidelines. | |
| FLOWERS/MEMORIALS: | CWRA will send a floral offering upon the death of an employee or employee's immediate family member (spouse, parents, children, father/mother-in-law, stepparents, and stepchildren). Instead of a floral offering, a donation to an organization of choice can be sent. | |

TICKETMASTER: $3
off the price of Ticketmaster tickets and $3 off anything else ITT sells. Coupon discounts on movie tickets from ITT are not given. Limit 6 discount coupons per person per event. Coupons may be used at the ITT Office at the NEX Shopping Mall, Hwy. 98. You must show your civil service work I.D. When using coupons for Ticketmaster tickets, you must pay with cash or checks. |
